This is the harness that gets your FD3S talking to a real standalone ECU — a genuine Haltech Elite Series Plug 'n' Play Adaptor Harness, part HT-141329, built specifically for the Mazda RX-7 FD3S Series 7 & 8 (1996-2002). Injection molded, factory-connector matched, this harness plugs straight into your car's existing wiring — no cutting, no splicing, no guessing at pinouts.
Compatible with Haltech's Elite 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 ECUs (sold separately, not included with this listing), this harness includes everything you need beyond the ECU itself — the M14x1.5 air temp sensor with matching plug and pins, plus the 16-pin auxiliary I/O Tyco connector that opens up extra input/output channels for whatever your build needs.
Important: this harness is built for the 4-row ECU plug used on Series 7 & 8 cars (96-02) — it will NOT fit the Series 6 (92-95), which uses a different 2-row connector and requires a different part number. Manual transmission only.
