The BC Racing BR Series is BC's most popular coilover, and this one is built and tested for the 11th-gen Accord (CY1). Each damper is a monotube with a 53mm body and a 46mm piston, pressurized with nitrogen to keep the damping consistent. A single knob gives you 30 levels of damping adjustment, so you can run it comfortable for the commute or firmer when you feel like driving.
Ride height adjusts through the body of the damper, independent of spring preload, so lowering the car doesn't change how the spring works. The front has pillowball top mounts with camber adjustment, and the rear uses rubber or reuses the factory top mounts. The standard springs are 6.5 kgf/mm in front and 5.5 kgf/mm in the rear, chosen to stay comfortable on real roads, and the kit is fully rebuildable.
BC Racing backs it with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects through BC Racing North America. Custom spring rates and Swift springs are available on request, and they add build time, so ask us before you order.
