Honda's 1.5T and 2.0T turbo engines are known for heat soak, and the factory intercooler is the first place it shows up. The PRL Motorsports intercooler upgrade is built to fix that. It has a 27 x 3.5 x 7.25" bar-and-plate core rated for 550+ horsepower, with 85% more surface area and 83% more internal flow than stock, so the engine gets denser, cooler air through longer pulls and hotter days.

It bolts into the factory mounting spots and reuses the factory air ducts and shrouds, with billet machined end tanks. No cutting, fitting, or trimming is needed, and all the hardware is included. The kit comes with the intercooler assembly, a cardboard stencil with the PRL logo, a Buna O-ring, and a 304 stainless worm clamp. It's backed by PRL's lifetime warranty to the original owner.

Pick raw aluminum for a clean, stock-looking install, or black for a stealthier look in the bumper opening.
