Hood pins and a heat shield are required and sold separately. Do not use stock hood struts or dampers with this carbon hood. Professional installation is recommended. If you paint it, normal prep (sanding and primer) is required, and minor surface blemishes from the hand-layup process can be cleaned up during that prep.
