The TEIN Street Advance Z takes the ride height adjustment of the Street Basis Z and adds 16-way damping adjustment, so you can match the dampers to how you drive. It's a twin-tube design with a larger 22mm piston for strut-type applications, and the damping change is more noticeable than on TEIN's entry kit. It also gives you plenty of shock travel below the stock ride height.

Ride height adjusts through a ZT-coated threaded sleeve built to resist corrosion and stuck threads, with a one-piece aluminum spring seat and a Delrin thrust washer. The damper bodies are powder coated, full-length dust boots protect them, and the kit uses no-sag springs. It reuses your factory upper mounts, so there's no camber adjustment, and it's available for overhaul down the road.

It's also compatible with TEIN's EDFC electronic damping controller, so you can adjust the damping from inside the car. The controller is sold separately, and some kits need an extension kit.

The kit includes four coilover shocks, four springs, four bump stops, two hook spanners, spring seats and locks, Delrin thrust washers, and a TEIN sticker sheet. It carries a 1-year warranty.
